Quality of Life and Mental Health in Iranian Transgender Womefx qn per Socio-Demographic Differences

Background: Mental health issues and quality of life are among the critical items general in individuals, especially transgender subjects. The present study aimed to assess life, depression, anxiety, stress women determine factors contributing them. Methods: A cross-sectional was performed on 127 Iranian using a convenience sampling method from August 2019 April 2020. Quality Life (QOL) determined World Health Organization (WHO) Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF). DASS-21 questionnaire employed evaluate subjects’ stress. Results: In total, 48% individuals had moderate QOL. highest score achieved physical dimension lowest social relationships. Depression, were severe extremely 22%, 20.4%, 17.3% subjects, respectively. significant relationship observed between overall perception QOL (P<0.001). positive association subscales education favorable economic status women. Furthermore, negative correlation existed with age sexual violence. Regarding mental health, reduced good depression. Still, violence associated increased individuals. Conclusion: results emphasize that at risk disorders, including These conditions close this population.
